While I enjoy all massage techniques, my specialties are prenatal and deep tissue massage.Prenatal massage is especially close to my heart because I find it incredibly rewarding to support and care for expecting mothers during such an important time in their lives.I truly love the art of massage because it allows me to help people feel their best. There's nothing more fulfilling than seeing clients leave a session feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and renewed. As a massage therapist and certified reflexologist, I'm passionate about helping clients find relief from migraines, stress, and chronic pain. I've been a massage therapist for more than 25 years and believe that body mechanics start at the first joint meeting the earth. That's my reason for excelling in reflexology. A good look at the mechanics of the foot and ankle benefit the entire body. Reflexology is also the means to acknowledge all our bodies organs and operating systems and "resetting" areas which the body responds to with a reflexology response.I also favor supporting the traps by loosening up the tightness which extends from the head through the neck and shoulders. That is where I locate those "knots" with a firm pressure when necessary!
